ATLANTA, Ga. — This afternoon, women from across metro Atlanta will gather for an experience designed to be much more than an elegant tea party. The First Annual Tutus & Tiaras: Not Just Another Tea Party, presented by Transform and Shift Ministry, officially debuts today, offering an afternoon centered on healing, empowerment, meaningful connections, and personal transformation.
The vision comes from LaTasha A. Webb, entrepreneur, ministry leader, financial coach, and founder of Webb CFS, Inc. Through both her business and ministry, Webb has dedicated herself to helping individuals navigate life’s transitions—whether financially, professionally, spiritually, or personally.
“This isn’t just about dressing up and having tea,” Webb shared during a recent interview with The Culture Ticket. “It’s about creating a safe place where women can heal, grow, and remember that they were created for more.”
More Than Just Another Tea Party
Unlike traditional tea parties, Tutus & Tiaras was intentionally created to pour into women from the inside out. Throughout the afternoon, guests will participate in experiences designed to promote emotional, spiritual, and personal wellness while building lasting relationships with other women on similar journeys.

During the interview, Webb explained that one of the biggest obstacles she faced while organizing the inaugural event wasn’t generating excitement—it was encouraging people to move from interest to commitment.
She believes many people desire healing but often hesitate to fully invest in themselves because of past hurts, fear, or community wounds.
Rather than focusing solely on becoming better spouses or partners, Tutus & Tiaras encourages women to first become the healthiest version of themselves.
“I want every woman to leave knowing two things,” Webb said. “I am created for more, and I am enough just as I am.”
Building a Lasting Community
While today’s event marks the beginning of a new tradition, Webb says the mission extends well beyond one afternoon.
Her goal is to cultivate an ongoing community where women continue encouraging one another, sharing resources, and growing together throughout the year.
She also confirmed that Tutus & Tiaras will become an annual event, creating a space women can look forward to returning to each year as they celebrate their personal growth and transformation.
